For the purposes of this license agreement, the licensee’s Approved uses shall include the collection, use and disclosure of MINCs and/or use of the MINC system:
- to facilitate the exchange of information about Government of Nunavut, Department of Health members, registrants or applicants between the Licensee and any Prime user and/or other Licensed Users;
- for the purpose of identifying members, former members or applicants to facilitate the Licensee’s internal business processes;
- for the purpose of identifying members, former member or applicants to facilitate the provision of services by the Licensee to physicians; or
- to facilitate any other administrative, educational or research activities which are consistent with the Licensee’s mandate.
