For the purposes of this license agreement, the licensee’s Approved uses shall include the collection, use and disclosure of MINCs and/or use of the MINC system:
- to facilitate the exchange of information about CMPA members, former members or applicants between the licensee and a Prime user and/or another Licensed user;
- for the purpose of identifying members, former members or applicants to facilitate the licensee’s internal business processes;
- for the purpose of identifying members, former member or applicants to facilitate the provision of services by the licensee to physicians; or
- for the development of aggregate risk management, education and patient safety information.
