The Canadian Institute for Health Information (CIHI)

For the purposes of this License Agreement, the Licensee’s Approved Uses shall include:

to facilitate the exchange of information about individuals who are, or wish to become, enrolled in the Canadian medical education or practise systems between the Licensee and any Prime User and/or other Licensed Users, including via the physician resources planning tool developed by Health Canada and managed by the Licensee;
for the purposes of identifying individuals who are, or wish to become, enrolled in the Canadian medical education or practice systems to facilitate the Licensee’s internal business process; or
to facilitate any other administrative, educational or statistical activities which are consistent with the Licensee’s mandate.
