For the purposes of this license agreement, the Licensee’s Approved uses shall include:
- to facilitate the exchange of information about CaRMS members, former members or applicants between the licensee and any Prime user and/or other Licensed users;
- for the purpose of identifying members, former members or applicants to facilitate the licensee’s internal business processes;
- for the purpose of identifying members, former member or applicants to facilitate the provision of services by the licensee to physicians; or
- to facilitate any other administrative, educational or research activities which are consistent with the licensee’s mandate.
